What data we process and why
Emails you send us. If you write to us, we process your email address and any data you include in your message in order to reply and, where applicable, to maintain a business relationship. The legal basis is your consent when writing to us and, if a business relationship follows, pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Server logs. Like any web server, the one hosting this website automatically logs the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser used. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and are kept for 30 days.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Our servers are located in the European Union and no international data transfers take place.
